Returns & Refunds Policy
- 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Return Shipping Costs
Non-Quality Related Returns: If the product is not defective (e.g., size does not fit, change of mind, personal preference, or accidental duplicate orders), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Quality-Related Returns: We will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item/size shipped, or the product has a clear manufacturing defect).
Note: Return postage may be higher than the original shipping cost, depending on the courier and parcel dimensions.
- How to Request a Return
Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Follow these steps:

- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale Items: Any products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance promotion.
Gift Cards.
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations & Out of Stock
Cancellations: Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund.
Stock Availability: Due to high demand during the World Cup, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock availability, a full refund will be issued automatically, and you will be notified via email.
- Returns After 30 Days
Return requests made after the 30-day window will generally not be accepted. In exceptional cases where a late return is approved, a Restocking Fee may apply. - Missed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address provided:

- Size and Preference-Related Returns

- Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will prioritize your case to ensure you have the correct gear in time for the matches. - Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
